No touch. We ask her to call a taxi to go up to the Royal Alcazar in Segovia since is on a hill and her answer was no . We were 5 people that need it a taxi. It didn’t take that much to request it. Lucky for us, I was able to stop one taxi for one person and that driver called another taxi for the rest of us. Very disappointed. The…”

“Pick up was more than half an hour late with no information, despite being instructed to be 10 minutes early by booking confirmation. Pick up rep had no idea some of the group had been picked up early and the driver never checked numbers before setting off. He did return to collect the rest of the party, set off again, to return to the pick up place a third time because the pick up rep forgot to load the audio equipment. Complete farce.
