“Our trip started out at 8:30 am we left just a couple minutes late but still arrived to Toledo earlier then guide thought. Toledo was great the Cathedral is a must do so beautiful inside. From Toledo we went to Segovia about 2 hrs longest part of the journey. Once in Segovia it starts at the Roman Aqueduct a sight to see. From there we had lunch and then walked the city. The trip was myself my wife and our 15 year old daughter and we all enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend a must do when visiting Madrid.”

“Our tour was on Sunday March 31. We were 10 persons in our family group. I can’t remember her name. Is unbelievable this women guide was not helpful at all. Very rude, and not polite at all. No touch. We ask her to call a taxi to go up to the Royal Alcazar in Segovia since is on a hill and her answer was no . We were 5 people that need it a taxi. It didn’t take that much to request it. Lucky for us, I was able to stop one taxi for one person and that driver called another taxi for the rest of us. Very disappointed. The…”

“Excellent trip of three UNESCO heritage cities. Both guides, Diego and Maria, were exceptional guides and took turns running the tour in both Spanish and English. You could see that they are very experienced and informative. They provide headsets so you can listen to them guide during the city walking tour portion of the trip. Well thought out itinerary and you do get ample toilet opportunities and some free time. We didn’t see anyone at the meeting point in Madrid—it’s actually around the corner from the indicated meeting point. Look for other people and the guides. They will then guide you a short walking distance to the bus.”

“The booking and payment process was easy to navigate. The location for the pick up was near the Royal Palace and Opera Metro Station and easy to find. The coach left on time and it was a smooth ride. The tour was conducted in Spanish and English and the group split into two groups for both tours of Avila and Segovia. We had a ticket to visit the Basilica of St Theresa and to climb the walls in Avila and to have a gastronomic lunch and visit the Alcazar in Segovia.
