“After reading some really bad reviews and instances of not getting tickets, I was nervous about this purchase. There was a lot of communication from two different vendors, the selling site and the tour operator, all of which were confusing. Everything I could find said "this is not your ticket" and there were several instructions to download your tickets and have ready. I never found the actual place to download tickets. But, I called the tour operator prior to going to the stadium and they were friendly and responsive, sending my tickets via pdf right away.
