Located close to Plaza de Espanya and just a short walk to the Royal Palace, this apartment is the perfect base for your Madrid adventure.

The living/dining area is bright and spacious and decorated in a cosy yet modern style. There are two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD and a dining table with seating for six guests. There is also access to a small balcony.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self catering stay, it has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots pans and glassware. There is also a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant. The kitchen also has access to a small balcony.

There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has a smart en suite bathroom.

There is a second full bathroom with a hydro shower.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
  
  Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
  Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
  Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
  
  
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an extra 30 euros. Arrivals after 12am are charged an extra 50 euros.
  
  
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of Euros 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damanges.
  
• If paying the balance by credit card on arrival, please note that we accept Visa & Master card only.
