The apartment is in the oldest area of town known as Las Letras, famed for its writers and thriving theatres, and now for the culture Madrilea. Whatever cultural preference you have you can enjoy the many pedestrian streets, bursting with life and with an enormous selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. This apartment is a duplex attic on the fourth floor, with a lift, air conditioning and a great terrace with wonderful views of the beautiful Spanish rooftops and famous Madrid skyline.
The funky living area provides a welcoming, colourful space. There is a double sofa bed, armchair and coffee table. It is fully air conditioned with digital TV with terrestrial Spanish channels and DVD player. There is also a free Wi-Fi internet connection. To one side there is a dining table and chairs.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is en-suite with a modern stylish bathroom with a
shower, sink and w.c. This has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and reading lamps.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided, plus an iron and ironing board.
The guests bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c. A hairdryer is also provided.
A safety deposit box is also available.
This is a very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location - a fantastic base for exploring this wonderful city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
- For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.

Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
