This apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town, with Renaissance and Baroque architecture and monuments, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful areas in Madrid.

The apartment is situated just minutes from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, a fantastic location for your Madrid experience. This area is buzzing with cafes, restaurants, markets, Madrilena culture and nightlife.

The open plan living area is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and with the adjoining kitchen/dining area it is a great space for entertaining, as well as relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, plasma TV, WiFi and the various artwork give it a modern, yet welcoming feel. There is also a small standing balcony that has views down to Plaza Mayor.

The kitchen is compact yet stylish and functional. It has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.

The master bedroom is bright and airy with access to a standing balcony. It has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe for storage. There is a smart en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is open plan, situated on the upper level accessed via the spiral stair case in the living area. It has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. Please note that this room has a sloping ceiling which restricts height.

The main bathroom is spacious with contemporary fittings, it has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.

The apartment is air conditioned and has heating throughout, perfect for enjoying your stay in Madrid at any time of year.



Additional Booking Conditions:

• Group bookings for more than one apartment are not permitted in this building
  
  
• For weekend bookings which include a Friday or Saturday evening there is a minimum 3 night stay requirement.
  
  
• Cancellations: In all cases the booking deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. For bookings under 7 nights in duration no additional charge will apply if the cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night.
  For bookings of more than 7 nights in duration no additional charge will apply if the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night.
  
  
• For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied for Visa and Mastercard and 5% for Amex.
  
  
• Guests will be required to pay a security deposit of Euros 150, this can be paid by cash or credit card. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
  
  
• Check-in is from 4pm. Where possible we try to be flexible with these times. If you require an earlier check-in please discuss with your greeter on the day of arrival.
  
  
• For check-ins between10pm and 2am there is a charge of Euros 50.
