This apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town, with Renaissance and Baroque architecture and monuments, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful areas in Madrid.

The apartment is situated just minutes from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, a fantastic location for your Madrid experience. This area is buzzing with cafes, restaurants, markets, Madrilena culture and nightlife.

The bright and spacious open plan living and dining area has a modern and stylish sofa, coffee tables, TV with terrestrial Spanish channels, WiFi internet access, dining table and chairs and wood flooring and air conditioning throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.

There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds which can be made as a double or single as requested, one room with a double bed and a third bedroom with one single bed. The bedrooms are spacious and furnished in a modern and unfussy style. Each has a bedside table with lamps, a rail to hang clothes, individual heating and air conditioning. The bedroom situated on the upper level is accessed via the spiral stair case in the living area. Please note that this room has a sloping ceiling which restricts height.

There are two large modern bathrooms fitted to a high standard with a shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has heating throughout, perfect for enjoying your stay in Madrid at any time of year.



Additional Booking Conditions:

  • Group bookings for more than one apartment are not permitted in this building

  • For weekend bookings which include a Friday or Saturday evening there is a minimum 3 night stay requirement.

  • Cancellations: In all cases the booking deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. For bookings under 7 nights in duration no additional charge will apply if the cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night.
    For bookings of more than 7 nights in duration no additional charge will apply if the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night.

  • For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied for Visa and Mastercard and 5% for Amex.

  • Guests will be required to pay a security deposit of Euros 150, this can be paid by cash or credit card. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

  • Check-in is from 4pm. Where possible we try to be flexible with these times. If you require an earlier check-in please discuss with your greeter on the day of arrival.

  • For check-ins between10pm and 2am there is a charge of Euros 50.
